MacBook Air M4: external monitor guide
The MacBook Air M4 drives two external displays with the lid open, natively. That makes it the first base MacBook Air able to run a triple-screen extender or a stacked dual monitor without DisplayLink, while keeping the built-in screen on. Use USB-C ports with video for each external screen and check the total power draw if both monitors are bus-powered.
