Laptop Screen Extenders
A laptop screen extender clips onto the back of your laptop lid and slides or folds out to add one or two screens beside the built-in display, turning a single laptop into a dual or triple-screen workstation.
Slide-out models add one screen and stay light; triple-screen kits add two and need a computer able to drive two external displays. That is the main trap on Mac: base M1 and M2 chips drive only one, so a triple kit shows a single panel without DisplayLink. Check lid size compatibility, the added weight on the hinge, and the cables before buying. Use the comparator to filter extenders by size and weight, and the compatibility checker to confirm your laptop.
